Hope Restores is a community-rooted, BIPOC-led organization providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. We are an approved provider under the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) and Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) programs in La Crosse, Monroe, and Jackson Counties.
